Former CEO of Y Combinator company, Vest, Bill spent last two years investing on the ground in Nepal, Myanmar, and India. Notable projects include financing Nepalese fruit tree farming ventures for cash crop and water conservation. He has invested in over 30 tech companies, half of which went public or were acquired. His third startup, Vest was acquired by Chicago Board of Options. Previously, he cofounded Lamiu, one of China’s leading fashion ecommerce businesses.
